In 2013, Tara graduated from Empire State College in New York with a B.S. in Human Services. She has 11 years of experience in Therapeutic Foster Care with Harbour Light/Mental Health Association. Additionally, she spent two years as a supervisor at Berkshire Farm Center & Services for Youth, overseeing a group home for teenage girls. She also worked for a year with the Department of Family and Children Services in Georgia, focusing on foster care. Since March 2021, Tara has been with Family Visit.
