Kimberly Chinn has been a driven and dedicated youth development professional since receiving her Master of Social Work degree from Georgia State University in 2007. Kimberly has a wealth of social service experience through positions with the Atlanta Housing Authority and other non-profit agencies. Kimberly currently works as a School Social Worker with the Cobb County School District and previously served as Site Coordinator with Communities In Schools of Georgia, a dropout prevention organization. Kimberly has worked to build generations of strong, successful, and impactful youth by cultivating community partnerships that provide mentoring, college/career preparation, community service, and employment opportunities for her students. In her free time, Kimberly has been a faithful volunteer with Hands On Atlanta’s Discovery Program since 2018, most recently serving the youth at Clay/Harmony Leland Elementary School and serving as a Civic Leadership Fellow.
